Welcome back for episode 4! This one is going to cover some common Brachial plexus injuries that you are likely to encounter on Step. Here is a link to the episode.
This is a representation of the hand trick that I talk about in the episode:
Here is a diagram of the brachial plexus for reference.
This is a diagram of the claw hand (Klumpke's) and what kind of injuries can create this pattern.

Episode 3 - Acid Base Problems Part 2 (Winter's)
Alright well I deviated a little from the format for this one. Since I think we covered most of what you will need to know about Acid Base problems on the last podcast I cut the question at the beginning of this episode and just jumped straight into it. The only extra thing that will likely be required for an acid base question on step is going to be Winter's formula.
The equation for Winter's formula is:

Episode 2 - Acid Base Problems Part 1
Hey guys and thanks for coming back for episode 2 of my podcast! I got some feedback from a handful of people and will be making some changes:
1. Episodes are going to be WAY shorter. I was originally thinking less than 30 minutes. Sounds like around 15 minutes is what people are looking for. This episode ended up being about 17 so that is much improved from Episode 1 that was 38.
2. Make it easier to study specific topics by putting the topic information in the title. While this might give some spoilers as to what is the correct answer for some of the questions, I think it is a good idea and will implement it unless people object.
3. End of podcast summary. This is something I meant to do last time. It is a great idea and every episode needs one.
Finally some people told me they didn't like my jokes, others said they found them entertaining. For now I will keep making some jokes as I see fit until there is an uprising.
Here is the link for episode 2.
After I have amassed enough episodes I will officially publish this so that it will be searchable in podcast apps.
Thanks and happy studying!!
Medbullets.com has great summaries on multiple step 1 topics I would recommend heading over there to review their acid base stuff. However I will post the list of differentials for each disorder here as promised.
Respiratory Acidosis (hypo-ventilation)
